Telkom Accelerates Business Decision-Making with Decision Intelligence Platform at DTI-CX 2026
Jakarta, August 10, 2026 – PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) reaffirmed its commitment to accelerating Indonesia’s digital transformation through its participation in the Digital Transformation Indonesia Conference & Expo (DTI-CX) 2026, held in Jakarta on August 5–6, 2026. At this year’s event, Telkom presented its digital capabilities across three thematic areas: the Digital Transformation Zone, AI Zone, and Cyber Security Zone. Together, the three zones showcased Telkom’s end-to-end readiness in infrastructure, digital platforms, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity to address the evolving needs of modern industries. A key highlight of the exhibition was the AI Zone, where Telkom introduced its AICosystem, an integrated AI ecosystem built across three strategic layers. Within the AI Solutions & Applications layer, Telkom AI Center of Excellence showcased its AI Hub pillar, which serves as a platform for delivering proven AI solutions across multiple industries. The showcase featured a range of Telkom’s AI-powered solutions, including OCA AI, PrivateGPT, Decision Intelligence Platform (DIP), and AI CCTV Analytics. Among the solutions presented, the Decision Intelligence Platform (DIP) emerged as one of the key highlights. Designed to support intelligent document management and decision-making, DIP enables organizations to automate document extraction, classification, search, generation, review, and approval processes with greater speed, accuracy, and security. Faizal Rochmad Djoemadi, Director of IT Digital at Telkom Indonesia, highlighted DTI-CX 2026 as an important platform for demonstrating Telkom’s readiness to support the next phase of digital transformation. He emphasized that artificial intelligence is no longer simply an emerging technology trend, but is increasingly becoming a critical foundation for industries seeking to improve operational efficiency, accelerate business growth, and deliver more responsive and customer-centric digital experiences. DIP is designed with a structured and secure workflow that spans user authorization, document storage, data extraction, intelligent search, and document processing. The platform is also capable of generating insights and recommendations, assisting users in document creation through conversational AI, and streamlining review and approval processes. These capabilities are supported by a robust technology foundation, including user access management, multi-factor authentication, master data governance, multi-model AI orchestration, and Agentic AI integration. The platform is also designed to support a wide range of business needs, from strategic decision-making at the executive level and departmental operational requirements to individual productivity needs for employees. DIP’s capabilities have already been implemented internally through the Telkom Legal Intelligence System (TELIS), supporting legal and compliance functions across the company. The implementation has delivered measurable results. Document analysis processes have become 24 times faster, while the platform has securely supported more than 4,649 users and recorded over 40,725 accesses, with a user retention rate of 86 percent. TELIS also enables real-time access to hundreds of documents, helping users retrieve and process critical information more efficiently. Through its participation at DTI-CX 2026, Telkom continues to demonstrate how AI can move beyond experimentation into practical, scalable solutions that deliver tangible business value. By strengthening its AI ecosystem and expanding the adoption of intelligent solutions across industries, Telkom aims to further contribute to the development of a more adaptive, productive, and competitive digital economy in Indonesia.
